WinLaunch - Launchpad for Windows (Beta - still got some work to do)

This is Launchpad(Quickstarter) taken from Mac OS X Lion and implemented for Windows.

I know many people have done similar projects,
but i wasn't able to find one that replicated it good enough.

So i started working on my own version.
I put some real effort into making the look and feel as close to
the original as possible.

As stated above this is still a BETA version,
if you have found a bug please report it to me (LaunchpadByC0rrupted@gmail.com).

WinLaunch works at any resolution, but has been optimized to run at FullHD.

Not natively, but you ca use a VBScript and make it open the folder.
Here's one I edited to open Program files [link]
Download it and edit the "C:\program files" bit with the folder you need to open.

I also add a vote for .net 4.5 support - the actual program does start up correctly its only when you start adding shortcuts that the program crashes and then will not start up. I'm guessing this would be a relatively easy bug to track down! I used to love this program please fix the .NET 4.5 issue so we can start using it again :-)
